Why is follow up key?

Good Evening everyone, although I guess it just turned to Mon. 45 min. ago in my parts of the world (East Coast). I just wanted to check in with you all tonight before I turned in for the evening and let you know how important follow up is. We (Ginny and I) talk about it all the time but how important is it really? I spent some time following up in the past few days and since I wasn't up for making new contacts on Fri. I did a lot of follow up calls and e-mails. I called everyone I had made contacts with and also followed up by e-mail. I also had a contact from someone that had gone to my web-site and requested additional information. Since I didn't have her phone # I decided to go ahead and e-mail her to see if I could help answer any questions. A lot of times e-mails don't go through or they don't get seen because they don't know who I am so I don't ever consider this a good form of follow up but I was hoping I would hear from her so I could give her a call.

Today I got an e-mail that I had a new Business Mall sign up so I decided to call and see who it was and see why they had decided to get a Business Starter Mall. When I called RaNaye I noticed the name (it is a beautiful and unusual way to spell Renee) and I started asking her questions to find out about her. While she was telling me about herself she also mentioned seeing what I was doing in the boot camp (I sent some info about it in my e-mail) and how she wanted to join me and also make $2000 in 60 days. So that of course led me to ask why she had chosen the Business Starter Mall and not the World Changer Mall and she said she had. I asked a few more questions; did your payment go through? She said Yes, I think so. I asked what color her mall was when she opened it up and she told me tit was mostly tan. It didn't make sense but either way she had done what she wanted and she is ready to start Boot Camp. I decided to schedule a time to go through some more (we had already breifly looked at the mall and her back office) and she and I will meet on Tues. after the call. She may even join us for the boot camp call.

Welcome Aboard RaNaye! I'm glad to have you on my team and as you can see it doesn't matter how many people I have on my team they are all special.

Have a great evening everyone.
