The players have been chosen

Wow, was this a difficult task. The selection process was next to impossible so we decided with the number of applications we received we needed to increase the number of participants. We decided that 25 was the absolute maximum number of people we could effectively work one on one with. We both made a list of people that we thought should be included in that 25; our "YES List" and our lists were still not narrowed down far enough. At that point the only fare way to decide was to put everyone’s name onto a piece of paper and randomly pick them out of a bag. We agreed that everyone on the “YES” list deserved to be included in the Boot Camp so here is what we decided if someone was not picked out of the bag we would like to invite them to participate and be available as an alternate. There were far too many applications for us to only pick 20 people so we did what we could and decided that one way or another we wanted to work with many of the people even if they couldn't be the 25 chosen.

Waiting at the Waters Edge, ready to jump in is an amazing group of alternates. These people will be doing every step of the Boot Camp with us and ready to snatch up a spot if it becomes available. How would you be chosen as the alternate to get the spot? If you are reporting and doing all of the activities we will know who is ready!


I will be working with both groups to be sure they can all achieve the goals we are setting for them. I can not wait for the games to begin!
